Barbara partners with her clients to provide tailored human resource advice on specific issues, improves their compliance, provides guidance on culture improvement and performance management etc. Barbara has a bachelor’s degree in business and possesses two postgraduate degrees in human resource management and leadership and coaching. Barbara is a Member in Practice with the Australian HR Institute, a regular presenter at the Business Brisbane Hub and contributes as a writer to various online publications on HR matters.
